On Friday, March 16, the Irish American Chamber of Commerce and Trade Council of Delaware launched at a St. Patrick’s Day weekend luncheon on the Wilmington Riverfront. The Chamber is an outgrowth of efforts over the past several years to broaden and strengthen cultural and economic ties between the State of Delaware and jurisdictions within the Ireland.
It is our express intent that this Chamber reflect modern Ireland and modern America, both of which are advanced nations which benefit from diversity. Therefore, people from all cultural backgrounds who are interested in networking, doing business in Ireland and/or the broader European Union or in the State of Delaware and beyond, are welcome!
This is our launch site, to stake out our place on the Web. We are working to improve the site and to maximize its utility to our members and the general public.
